Upon placing your order, services will be rendered in accordance with the contractual conditions applicable to the specific services purchased. The timely delivery of services is influenced by factors such as the nature of the ordered services, prompt and accurate fulfillment of obligations, and the purchase date.
Services are considered effectively supplied upon completion. If the contract is canceled before delivery, the terms of the agreement will determine entitlement to a full, partial, or no return, along with the process for discontinuing the contract.
Clients subscribing to Evins Solutions monthly service package must make full payment before the commencement of work.
In the case of a fixed quote agreement, clients are required to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance, with the remaining 50% due within 7 days of the service start date.
Monthly invoices will be issued in advance. Non-payment of a monthly invoice will result in immediate termination of services without a 10-day notice. All charges quoted exclude VAT, which will be added at the appropriate rate. Additional work requested by the client post-commencement will be invoiced separately at the rates in Evins Solutions current rate card.
Quoted charges are estimates and subject to final confirmation based on technical specifications.
Evins Solutions reserves the right to review and increase standard hourly fee rates, limited to once in any 12-month period. Refunds Policy:
A full refund is available if services are canceled within 5 days of payment. Termination after the initial 5 days incurs charges equivalent to project working hours, with the balance credited within 45 days.
Cancellation of service renewal must be made 10 days before the next billing cycle. Post-cycle cancellations incur charges equivalent to that month's working hours.
Unused services require payment.
